Choosing a Laser Power for the 1390 CO2 Laser Cutter
The appropriate laser power depends on the material, thickness, required edge quality, processing speed, and whether the main task is cutting or engraving. These descriptions are selection guidelines, not guaranteed thickness limits. Final results depend on the complete machine configuration and processing parameters.

Available Configuration Options
The following items are configuration options and are not included with every 1390 machine. Availability depends on the selected laser source, motion system, working table, material, and application.Your final quotation will clearly list the standard equipment and any selected optional features.
Ball & Screw
An optional ball-screw transmission may be configured for applications requiring controlled linear motion and positioning. Availability, travel speed, load capacity, repeatability, and compatibility with the selected 1390 configuration should be confirmed before ordering.
Mixed Laser Head
An optional mixed laser head may extend the machine to selected metal and non-metal cutting applications. Metal processing requires a compatible laser source, focusing system, Z-axis control, assist gas, extraction system, and material-specific parameters.
Metal type, thickness, cutting speed, edge quality, and required configuration must be confirmed by MimoWork technicians through sample testing.
Servo Motors
An optional servo-drive configuration may improve motion response and processing efficiency for suitable engraving applications. Available speed depends on the motor, transmission system, controller, laser source, artwork, and engraving settings. Confirm the complete configuration and tested speed before ordering.
Auto Focus
Auto focus is an optional configuration for applications requiring controlled adjustment of the laser-head height and focus position. Its availability depends on the selected laser head, Z-axis system, material, and processing method.
Auto focus does not guarantee consistent cutting results on every uneven material. The applicable height range, focus method, material conditions, and machine configuration should be confirmed before ordering.

▶ FYI: The 1390 CO2 laser cutting machine is designed for cutting and engraving compatible sheet materials such as wood and acrylic. A honeycomb table or knife-strip table can be selected according to the material, support requirements, and extraction needs.
Maximum material thickness and processing speed are not fixed values. They depend on the material composition, density, thickness, laser source, power, focal length, assist air, cutting parameters, and required edge quality. Representative samples should be tested before the final configuration is confirmed.
Beauty of Modern Engineering
Design Highlights
Two-way Penetration Design
The two-way pass-through design allows longer sheet materials to extend beyond the machine enclosure. The active processing area remains 1300 × 900 mm for each setup. Jobs that require material repositioning should be evaluated for alignment, section transitions, and final accuracy before production.
Stable and Safe Structure
Ensures SAFE Operations
◾ Signal Light
The signal light on the laser machine serves as a visual indicator of the machine's status and its functions. It provides real-time information to assist in making informed judgments and operating the machine correctly.
◾ Emergency Button
In the event of a sudden and unexpected condition, the emergency button ensures your safety by immediately stopping the machine.
◾ Safe Circuit
To ensure safe production, it's essential to have a circuit that functions well. Smooth operation depends on a properly functioning circuit that meets safety standards.
◾ CE Certification
Owning the legal right of marketing and distributing, MimoWork Laser Machine has been proud of the solid and reliable quality.
◾ Adjustable Air Assist
Adjustable air assist directs airflow toward the processing area to help remove smoke and debris and reduce localized heat accumulation. The appropriate airflow depends on the material, thickness, laser power, and required edge or engraving appearance. Air assist does not eliminate the need for extraction, fire monitoring, or material testing.
1390 CO₂ Laser Cutting Machine Evaluation Checklist
Before choosing a 1390 CO₂ laser cutting machine, please confirm the following:
Material and thickness: What material will you mainly process? What is the maximum thickness?
Processing needs: Cutting or engraving? What are your requirements for edge quality and precision?
Power and configuration: Based on your material and output, choose 100W / 150W / 300W, and select either a glass tube or an RF metal tube.
Worktable type: Honeycomb table or knife-strip table? Do you need a custom size?
Output and automation: Sample, small batch, or high-volume production? Do you need auto-feeding?
Sample testing: Before production, always run a sample test with your actual material to confirm results and parameters.
