I’ll admit, when I first heard about laser cleaning, I thought it sounded like something out of a sci-fi movie.

But when I ran into a project that had me stumped—restoring an old aluminum bicycle frame I’d found in a yard sale—I figured it couldn’t hurt to give it a shot.
